Part 3: True ODM: From “Multiple Choice” to “Fill-in-the-Blank”

Traditional procurement is a “multiple-choice” question—clients choose from a limited set of standardized products. The ODM we provide is a “fill-in-the-blank” and “essay” question.

• “Please meet these parameters”: A client can specify: “We need a 2.5 Inch Bi LED with luminous flux no less than High Lumens, and it must be ได้รับการรับรอง CE.” We provide a compliant solution based on an existing platform or by initiating a quarterly new mold.
